Disposition versions
79.7. Contracts for financial services, contracts for lottery subscription services entered into with a legally authorized person, and contracts entered into with a travel agent within the meaning of the Travel Agents Act (chapter A-10) and the regulations made under it, are exempt from the application of Division VII of Chapter III of Title I of the Act.
